We also withhold payment for 24 hours after customers receive their order to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers are never charged until a Farmer confirms their order.

3. Home Grown Cow collects customer payment information but does not charge.

If a customer places an order for a product that is no longer available, or was listed in error, the farmer can reject the order and the customer is never charged.
